Introduction The Roto Equestrian & Garden ATV Tipping Trailer range has been designed to give you multiple options for use, from your garden to your equestrian yard or farm. We have designed the tray from a robust polyethylene which has been tested to extreme temperatures so that when winter comes, you will have no concerns about its performance. As part of the range, you can have the trailers supplied with a tray size of 300L or 500L. The wheels supplied are 600-6 pneumatic wheels including bearings and a robust axel for maximum loading. The trailers are not designed for highway use but will comfortably carry loads of 250kg at 15km/h (9mph) off-road. With the ATV Tipping trailer, you also have the option of pin or coupling ball connection, depending on the type of vehicle you use – quad or tractor mower. Both of our ATV Tipping Trailers come with an extended guarantee, as we believe in the quality and durability of each trailer. Process The ATV Tipping Trailers are produced by rotomoulding – this process takes around 45 minutes from start to finish and we hand finish the trays before they leave our factory to make sure the quality and look is 100%. The frames are made with the same attention to detail and can be fitted to the tray at Roto or dismantled for maximum shipping. Material We use a material called polyethylene, which is UV and shock resistant, non-toxic and recyclable, offering the customer peace of mind. We test our product to the extreme so that when winter arrives, you will not have to worry about the product becoming brittle or cracking. The ATV frames are supplied in a heavy duty powder-coated paint which will stand the test of time. Colour Roto offer a range of colours to suit you. We supply all standard colours, but if you wanted something a little different, this is always possible – the colours are endless.
