Roto have been working in the automotive industry for 40 years, supplying quality components for traditional vehicles and moving forward with the industry working alongside manufacturers in the progression of electric vehicles. We take great pride in seeing projects through from concept to completion. Our work begins with listening to the customers views and their requirements for now and for the future. Roto can offer a new concept or materials that will help futureproof an idea. We have a design team in-house who will walk you through each stage very carefully, show you designs and even supply prototypes you can take away to test and show your customer base. Roto have a 3D printer capable of producing prototypes of 2000 x 1000 x 600mm in one block. We can go from design to sample within days at a minimum cost to the customer. Once the design and sample has been approved, we can start work on the molding. Products Roto provide many products and we have over 4000 within the range. Process Our process will begin with a drawing or live product. We work on reviewing product information to help improve the quality and reliability of the product if already in the market. We can show you 3D designs and where we feel the loads and stress points are, to see if this suit its application. From here, we can supply costing and production flow to make sure this fits within the customers needs. When both parties agree, Roto will start to implement the product and this whole process will take around 8 weeks from start to sample sign off and production. Colour Roto offer a range of colours to suit you. We supply the standard colours, but if you wanted something a little different, this is always possible – the colours are endless.
