Introduction
Roto offer a wide range of kayaks that seat one to three adults. For each kayak, Roto has performed each stage of development from design to manufacturing the finished product. With any product, the design is critical to its performance, and with the kayak range this is no different. We offer kayaks that are for whitewater, touring and fishing. Through the range, you will find many personalised options from adjustable seat, footrest and side pillows to options more focused on fishing and touring. Our kayaks are virtually unsinkable, so whether you are using this for private use or rental, you will not need to worry about damage. The weight of the kayaks range from 21kg to 36kg and are made for all abilities. Roto won an award for innovation on the Buran 488 which allows kayakers of all sizes or with limited mobility to enjoy the sport. Roto achieved this by designing the kayak with high volume and increasing the cockpit space, while keeping the design modern and sleek. Process The kayaks products are produced by rotomoulding – this process takes around 45 minutes from start to finish and we hand finish the canoes before they leave our factory to make sure the quality and look is 100%. Material We use a material called polyethylene, which is UV and shock resistant, non-toxic and recyclable, offering the customer peace of mind. We test our product to the extreme so that when winter arrives, you will not have to worry about the product becoming brittle or cracking. Colour Roto offer a range of colours to suit you. We supply all standard colours, but if you wanted something a little different, this is always possible – the colours are endless. Branding Like many companies, you want to create a product that has your own style and branding. At Roto, we are happy to help develop this with you and include your branding into the product. Bespoke Products Why not come to Roto with your ideas of a product. We have a 2m x 1m 3D printer in-house, supported by a team of experts that will bring your ideas to life from start to finish.
